Reduce Organizational Conflict
Conflict in organizations typically stems from one or more of the following reasons:

Cause #1:  Lack of Focus Issues
Cause #2:  Issues With Processes & Practices
    Cause #3:  Interpersonal Issues
    Cause #4:  Leadership/Followership Issues
Cause #5:  Conflict From Bad Employee Behaviors

We help clients more accurately diagnoze conflict caused by collecting data anonymously, and following up with interviews where necessary. We then analyze & present the data to management of all employees if needed.

We can then consult with and train management regarding the appropriate steps to reduce conflict, or come into the organization to deliver the material.

Training sessions can also be held to "inoculate" employees by demonstrating more effective strategies to work with conflict issues or difficult staff members.

The key to success in many situations is not how intelligent or hard working one is, but rather whether one has a sense of "materiality"--the ability to decipher what's important and what's not.  Keep the unimportant stuff (and people) from adding to the weight of your responsibilities.
