Big River trains leaders and/or or employees in your organization to use the techniques, then your team facilitates the planning. Our training may be delivered onsite or through interactive video conferencing.
Big River trains leaders and/or employees in your organization to facilitate half of the planning and then comes onsite and help your group conclude the session.
Big River facilitates planning from start to finish at your site.
